StudyFlow AI provides AI-powered study tools including notes generation, quizzes, flashcards, and a study tutor chatbot. Features may evolve over time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
4. Account Usage Rules
Accounts are for individual use. You may not share accounts, resell access, or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to cheat on assessments where prohibited by your institution; (d) abuse rate limits or automated access.
6. Intellectual Property
The StudyFlow AI platform, branding, and software are owned by StudyFlow AI. Content you upload remains yours; by uploading you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI-generated notes, quizzes, flashcards, and tutor responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. StudyFlow AI is a study aid, not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or academic advice. Always verify important information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Subscription and Billing Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly (₹59/month) or yearly (₹599/year). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal. Prices may change with prior notice.
10. Termination of Accounts
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
